Terms and Conditions
Payments: For all sessions are to be made in full at the time of the booking, unless previously discussed with Arcadia Activities LTD.
Cancellation Notice: We must receive advanced notice of 48 hours prior to the session start date. Arcadia Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel a session if: The group size is inadequate (for Battle Archery Only – Require minimum of 8 participants), Adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Any cancelled session made by us will be rescheduled to another date and time. We reserve the right to change the session type if for example, the Battle Archery group is too small on the day or if there is too much wind for Aerial Archery. We will adapt the session as required. If using vouchers, we will only reschedule the session if we have been given warning of up to 48 hours, unless the voucher has not been redeemed or is past its expiry date. If cancelled on the day, you will lose your activity slot
Arrival: Please look to arrive 15 minutes before your session is due to start. This will allow time for paperwork and safety talks to take place and not eat into your session time. If you are running late for a session, please phone ahead to give us notice where possible. Turning up late for your session will result in your session time being reduced and may result in you not receiving the full package.
What to Wear: All throwers will need to wear closed toe shoes with grip. clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty and can move around in. the session is ran outdoors and will run in nearly all weather conditions (see below) so bare this in mind and think about coats and jackets.
Weather Conditions: We will contact you in the rare case of adverse weather or inadequate conditions. Once a session is booked, presume it will go ahead unless we contact you.
Opening Times: The office opening times are 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Site opening times are 9:15am – 5:00pm depending on sessions running that day.
Medical Declaration / Health and Safety: Any person having a session with Arcadia Activities Ltd must be medically fit to participate in their chosen activity. If you have any medical condition(s) or take medication that affects the activity, you must inform us before the start of the session. There will always be a First aider on site to ensure your safety & wellbeing.
Under 16’s: Any child under 16 years of age must have a parent / guardian on site at all times.
Risk: There is an element of risk with any activity and the Marshal(s)/instructor(s) are there for your safety. Their instructions and the rules must be followed to avoid any injuries and unnecessary risks. Please ensure you declare any medical issues / medication. You must not participate in any session under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. If we feel that you are unfit to participate, or you pose a risk to others? You will be removed from the session.
Photography and Video(s): Photo(s) and/or video(s) will be taken on the day and may be uploaded onto our website for advertising purposes. Any photo or video taken by us may be placed on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube to help promote Arcadia Activities as well as share between the participants. If you do not wish to have any of your photos placed on our social media pages, please let us know. We will always do our best to respect your wishes.
Alcohol consumption is allowed at Arcadia but not before or during any session you are participating in. anyone found to be under the influence of Alcohol or narcotics will be asked to end the session immediately with no refund given. If you have any concern regarding prescribed medication feel free to contact us before booking.
